Job Description: 
Work with project SMEs on approved application change requests

Develops new functionality and maintains existing custom government off the shelf (GOTS) client software

Assists in identification of security vulnerabilities and remediates them with oversight

Promotes software development best practices and identifies specific areas for process improvement

Develops installation packages using VisualStudio and Wix, and creates upgrade paths for system updates

Responsible for creation of work proposals / technical documentation and other duties which may include administering the resources required to execute projects

Technical Skills: 

PowerBuilder 2017 R3 or above and features (PFC, Dynamic Data, MDI, Object Oriented Programming, Relational Database constructs, Configuration Management)

Manager and Supporting Tools (Putty, WinSCP, JIRA, Crucible, Jenkins Automation Server,SVN)

Linux OS 6 and above

Database Skills such as (Sybase, Oracle)

Web Tools
