Essential Skills:
Must have RabbitMQ or IBMMQ install and upgrade experience (primary skillset)
Experience with C#.NET (advantageous)
Excellent communication skills
Work experience with Agile methodologies, proactive engagement with business and developers
Desirable Skills:
