Your Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee the designated team in accordance with Organization principles, focusing on the selection, development, and retention of talent. Foster a culture of knowledge sharing and application, and inspire each team member.
  • Collaborate with Functional Leads/product owners to continuously assess and enhance processes, ensuring optimal team performance, a positive consumer experience, robust collaboration, and adequate staffing to meet evolving customer needs.
  • Champion innovation and experimentation within the team for sustained long-term success.
  • Operate autonomously to implement actions aligned with the team's strategic vision.
  • Evaluate and refine processes and procedures consistently to boost team efficiencies.
  • Collaborate with other service owners, team leaders, and peers to enhance processes and identify new service opportunities.
  • Embrace and promote our Company's Culture across the global team, acting as a cultural ambassador.
  • Identify, assess, and address gaps in each team member's development to facilitate their progression to higher levels of contribution.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong customer relationships within supported business groups, effectively managing and resolving customer escalations promptly.

Your Qualifications

  • Hold a Bachelor's/Master’s degree in computer science/information technology, with over 10 years of overall IT experience, demonstrating robust people and stakeholder management skills.
  • Accumulate 3+ years of leadership experience, managing teams of 8-10 members or more, with a background in technically overseeing enterprise-wide solutions projects focused on .Net-based full-stack technologies.
  • Possess 7+ years of hands-on experience in coding on .Net-based full-stack technologies.
  • Exhibit understanding of Agile principles and coding practices, with a minimum of 2 years of experience leveraging AGILE methodologies.
  • Showcase adept relationship-building and management skills, coupled with effective communication across diverse audiences.
  • Thrive in a multi-cultural environment, demonstrating a strong desire to guide team development and career paths.
  • Exhibit the ability to work collaboratively with minimal direction, taking a proactive approach to identify opportunities that add value to the organization.
  • Demonstrate a successful track record in leading and concluding complex projects.
