At Fulfilment Technologies and Robotics (FTR), we are looking for a dynamic System and Support Engineer to join our team, where innovation meets functionality to transform customer experiences. This role involves a blend of troubleshooting, creative problem-solving, and close collaboration across engineering teams to deliver high-quality solutions and an enhanced customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide Tier II and Tier III technical support and resolution for escalations related to our cloud services and edge device fleets.
  • Troubleshoot issues across AWS cloud services and edge devices, including software and network problems.
  • Write and update documentation such as guides and runbooks for system support.
  • Analyze CloudWatch logs and manage edge devices using AWS Systems Manager (SSM).
  • Engage directly with customers to resolve technical issues and escalations, while also identifying opportunities for product improvement.

Must-Have Skills:

  • Strong understanding and hands-on experience with AWS services (particularly Systems Manager, CloudWatch, Lambda, and API Gateway)
  • Proficiency in Linux OS and basic networking concepts.
  • Solid programming ability in TypeScript and Python.

Any Graduate
