Role Description

This is a contract on-site role for a DevOps Engineer located in Greater Kuala Lumpur. The DevOps Engineer will be responsible for day-to-day tasks including infrastructure as code (IaC), software development, continuous integration, system administration, and Linux. The role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and manage the DevOps environment to ensure continuous delivery and continuous integration for various projects.

Qualifications

Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and System Administration

Software Development and Continuous Integration

Experience with Linux

Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus

Knowledge of containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus

Ability to work well in a team environment

Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, Certified Kubernetes Administrator) are a plus

Java Development Experience Mandatory

Mandatory:DevOps products

Mandatory: Java, Groovy

Mandatory: Linux, Windows

Good to Have: Python, Shell scripting

• Added on Cloud experience - Docker, Kubernetes.

• Candidate should be ready to work on both DevOps and Java Development.

• Ready to learn new technologies, eg. RedShift
