DevOps Engineer

Responsibilities:

Server provisioning and systems administration activities

Deployment support

Configuration management activities

Support of CI/CD pipeline builds and enhancements

Enhancement and maintenance of AWS

Cross-collaboration with Epson staff and internal customers

Recommendations for automation opportunities in environment

Alignment of work with required security standards and protocols

Assistance with backlog burndown and operational tickets, as needed

Qualifications:

Experience as a DevOps Engineer with a focus on AWS (EC2, S3, ECS, EKS, CloudWatch, Networking, etc

Experience in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools, such as Terraform or AWS CloudFormation (ARM Templates or Bicep must be trained up on

Solid scripting including knowledge of Python or Bash (Powershell must be trained up on

Familiarity with infrastructure automation tools such as Ansible or CloudFormation (Chef must be trained up on

Understanding of CI/CD tools, such as Jenkins, GitLab, GitHub

Knowledge of monitoring and troubleshooting

Experience with version control systems, particularly Git
