DevOps Engineer

Responsibilities of DevOps Engineer: • Hands on experience with continuous integration tools, such as Jenkins, Teamcity and GitHub Actions. • Perform maintenance and service functions to support infrastructure, including system installation, system administration, patching and configuration and software upgrade. • Perform root cause analysis for errors. • Develop scripts to automate visualization. • Follow and update the processes and procedures to resolve issues and restore services as quickly as possible. • Keeps abreast of technical trends, develops and incorporates them with assignments as appropriate. • Implement automation and industry best practices to run rapidly growing infrastructure with minimum human intervention. • Design procedures for system troubleshooting and maintenance. Essential Academic Accomplishment/s: • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science. Essential Skills: • 3+ years' experience in frontend development • IaC: Terraform, Saltstack & Ansible. • Code hosting platform: Github, BitBucket & GitLab. • CI/CD: TeamCity, Jenkins & GitHub Actions. • Cloud Native Tools: AWS CloudFormation/AWS DevOps, Azure DevOps & GCP Deployment Manager. • Artifactory: JFrog & Nexus. • Secret Management: Hashicorp Vault & Cloud Native Key Vault. • Scripting: Bash & PowerShell.
