We are on the lookout for a skilled and dedicated DevOps Engineer. This position offers a unique opportunity for an individual to spearhead the optimization and reliability of our infrastructure. As a DevOps engineer, you will play a pivotal role in our agile and multi-disciplinary team, ensuring the seamless deployment and scalability of our next-generation system. A TYPICAL DAY IN THE LIFE OF A SOFTWARE DEVELOPER :

 

  • Collaborate with the development team to enhance our CI/CD pipelines.
  • Identify opportunities for infrastructure optimization and increased scalability.
  • Assist in the migration and management of services to AWS.
  • Monitor system performance and resolve any infrastructure bottlenecks.
  • Stay updated with emerging DevOps tools and practices to integrate them into our workflow.
  • Develop and automate infrastructure management tasks.
  • Ensure the security and compliance of the infrastructure.

     

This Job Might Be For You If

 

  • You are well-versed with cloud platforms, particularly AWS.
  • You have hands-on experience with infrastructure as code tools like AWS CloudFormation.
  • You are adept at using version control systems, notably GIT.
  • You are knowledgeable about container orchestration platforms like Kubernetes or ECS.
  • You appreciate the significance of infrastructure monitoring and logging.
  • You are proactive, can think conceptually, and are dedicated to delivering high-quality work.
  • You are eager to collaborate, understand product/business requirements, and take ownership of solutions.
  • Proficiency in Linux-based environments, including shell scripting.

     

IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS, IT WOULD BE EVEN BETTER!

 

  • Experience with big data infrastructure like Hadoop or ElasticSearch
  • Expertise in API gateway management and deployment.
  • Familiarity with configuration management systems like Ansible or Chef.
  • Prior experience in AWS migrations.
  • Proficiency in languages such as Python, Go, or Bash scripting.
  • You are familiar with Prometheus + Grafana
