• Expertise in managing and operating OCI services or other Cloud providers experience
• Proficiency in using IaC tools for automating infrastructure provisioning and configuration.
• Experience in designing and implementing complex CI/CD pipelines.
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Powershell or Bash for automating routine tasks.

Mandate Skills should have:

 

Ø  Must have experience of Oracle database - 19 C and 21 (Latest versions).

Ø  Performance tuning

Ø  Golden gate

Ø  Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI)

Ø  Devops and CI/ CD

Ø  Gitops (Terraform)

 

Required skills:

(1.)  To adhere to quality standards, regulatory requirements and company policies

(2.)  To ensure positive customer experience and CSAT through First Call Resolution and minimum rejected resolutions or Reopen Cases

(3.)  To participate or contribute on EN business in creation of proposals to drive Service improvement plans.

(4.) To independently resolve tickets and ensure that the agreed SLA of ticket volume and time are met for the team.

(5.)  To provide support for on call escalations orL3 level support and doing incident and problem management

(6.)  Work on value adding activities such Knowledge base update and management, Training fresher’s, coaching analysts and conducting interviews or participation in hiring drives.
