  • Conducting in-depth analysis of client requirements, understanding their needs, and translating them into actionable insights.
  • Extensive experience in Incident management, CRI handling, and problem management to ensure seamless operations.
  • Proficiency in Kusto query language and configuring ring alerting for effective monitoring and response.
  • Hands-on experience in PowerShell automation and CI/CD Deployment processes to streamline development workflows.
  • Expertise in Azure configuration management, Windows, and Networking, with a strong focus on Azure Cloud and services like Azure Traffic Manager, Cloud Service, VMSS, KeyVault, and ARM template deployments.
  • Skilled in Powershell scripting and other scripting languages, GIT/GIT Bash, Azure DevOps, and working with Json, XML files.
  • Identifying and creating new alerts in the infrastructure, providing on-call support as DRI, and conducting root cause analysis for high-priority incidents.
  • Tracking and reporting all defects identified in the RCA process, collaborating with developers for bug fixes, and ensuring software quality.
  • Experience with Developer Tools such as Visual Studio and VScode.
  • Handling S360 compliance issues, managing configuration changes, and conducting review meetings.
  • Effective communication with clients, reporting bugs, preparing summary reports, and creating lesson-learned and suggestion documents to continually improve software quality.
