Your Expertise: ● Expertise with a public cloud provider (AWS in particular, GCP, Azure) and their infrastructure as a service offering (e.g. EC2/EKS) is required. ● Kubernetes Experience is required. ● Istio/Envoy Experience is preferred. ● CI/CD experience (Buildkite, Spinnaker) is preferred. ● Strong problem solving and solid production debugging skills are required ● Ability to navigate different technologies to efficiently solve incoming requests. ● Passionate about efficiency, availability, quality and system quality. ● Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team and across engineering teams is key. ● Experience with Python/Ruby, Golang, bash scripting. ● Integrations with slack, asana, jira are good to have. ● Layer3 networking, Edge Networking, CDN, DNS experience is a plus
