Description

About the role:
 

  • Responsible contributing in project teams, troubleshooting operational issues, providing technical solutions to operational problems, new product implementation and the overall upkeep and maintenance of operational platform.
  • Voice remote team; supporting all of the operations for services serving voice remote customers
  • Maintain the operation (CI/CD pipeline)


Skillset:

  • Strong Jenkins (must have)
  • Agile experience (must have)
  • Moving to Kubernetes next year (so would be a plus)
  • AWS
  • Linux/Unix
  • Monitoring – some understanding of Grafana, Elasticsearch (nice to have)
  • Docker
  • Junior position for dev ops (3+ years)
