Responsibilities

Provide in depth functional knowledge to the team. 
Conduct workshops and assess the current environment functionally.
Work and liaise with the technical team to document the understanding of the iManage environment.
Helps to implement the iManage environment and propose a data migration strategy for the same.
Provide technical expertise on consulting engagements in all stages including planning, analysis, design, deployment and testing stages of a project with focus on data migration and transformation.
Run successful data migrations in line with migration design specifications, identifying and addressing data anomalies. 
Ability to assume intellectual ownership, possess strong attention to details and commitment to delivering quality product. 
Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and synthesize cross-functional input in a team/collaborative environment. 
Provide our engineering teams with feedback on features sought at client sites and product usage to help shape the direction of future roadmaps.
Collaborate with network, infra, operations, product owners, stakeholders consistently, conduct workshops, finalize migration strategy and plan of iManage Work.

The Role Offers

Essential Skills

Experience in delivery of Enterprise Content Management, Information Governance solutions ideally within legal, professional services or financial services industries.
5+ years of experience with iManage products and associated technologies.
5+ years of experience in a Business/Systems Analyst role working specifically with enterprise software products. 
5+ years of experience with iManage products, implementation and new environment setup.
5+ years of experience with iManage products to define data strategy, integration activities.
5+ years of experience with iManage products, integration with email exchange and messaging systems.
5+ years of experience with iManage products setting up DR, recovery and scalability needs.
Should have strong view of architectural and design exposure. 
Should be extremely knowledgeable about the functional components and operation of the following systems: DMS, DMS-iManage Preview Server, DMS-iManage RAVN Indexer, DMS-iManage Work 10, DMS-iManage Work for iOS, DMS-iManage Work Server, DMS-Threat Manager, DMS-Threat Manager v10.
Experience in requirement management including requirements gathering, analysis and specification document.
Must have experience in working with developers to ensure the successful implementation of requirements. 
Should have experience in system logic analysis (less customer facing). 
Experience in Software Development and Product Development life-cycle.
