Role Description:

We are seeking an experienced Digital Content Manager to join our team and help execute the content strategy for a new website. This role is critical to our team as it ensures that our global website effectively communicates the organization's message to its target audience, engages visitors, and drives business outcomes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in information architecture, personalization, brand messaging, product positioning, content asset management and project management.

 

  • This position is a 12 month contract role*

     

Responsibilities:

 

  • Implement a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with our business goals and objectives.
  • Partner with our UX team as they conduct research and analyze data to identify customer needs and preferences for content that resonates with our target audience. Support content creators to meet those customer needs.
  • Collaborate with the design and development teams to create a seamless user experience that promotes engagement and conversions ensuring content IA is reflected.
  • Manage an ongoing site editorial calendar that aligns with our product roadmap and marketing initiatives.
  • Follow existing brand guidelines and develop additional content guidelines to ensure consistency and brand voice across all channels. Conduct training across the organization for compliance
  • Maintain publishing standards across content creators and regular content auditing.
  • Advise and partner in personalization strategies that cater to different user segments and enhance the overall user experience.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to understand and refine product positioning and messaging that differentiates us from competitors.
  • Manage content assets and ensure they are up-to-date, relevant, and optimized for search engines, in partnership with SEO team and content creators.
  • Monitor and report on content performance metrics and make data-driven recommendations to optimize assets and improve user engagement.

     

Qualifications:

 

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in content strategy, information architecture, and taxonomy.
  • Experience with personalization, brand messaging, and product positioning.
  • Experience with building global website experiences
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Experience with content management systems (CMS) and digital asset management (DAM) systems.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Confident stakeholder management skills
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices and content optimization techniques.
