You will play a key role in providing actionable insights to enhance our digital customer experience, concentrating on the analysis of our customer support content's impact through our website and AI-driven chat-bot. The successful candidate will bridge business objectives with technical feasibility, crafting data stories that drive operational improvements and foster a data-driven culture within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform deep-dive analyses identifying customer pain points to drive operational improvements.
- Measure the effectiveness of customer support content on the website and AI-driven chat-bot.
- Translate business objectives into functional data requirements, ensuring technical feasibility.
- Create presentations, written summaries, and data visualizations to outline insights and actionable intelligence.
- Proactively manage stakeholder expectations on project roadmaps, resourcing, timelines, and deliverables.
Must-Have Skills:
- Advanced SQL skillset.
- Expertise in Power BI.
- Exceptional communication and story-telling skills.
Domain/Industry Experience Required:
- Previous experience in a Business Analytics role within a technology or digital customer experience domain is essential.
