Position Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Marketing expert to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in digital marketing, with expertise in areas such as Strategic Branding, Content Marketing, SEO, SEM, Social Media Marketing, Pay-Per-Click Advertising, Online Reputation Management etc with deep understanding of digital marketing tools and trends. The candidate should be a strategic thinker, result oriented, analytical, and capable of implementing effective online brand strategies.

Responsibilities

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Strategic Branding: Develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy that aligns with the company's overall business goals.
SEO and SEM Management: Oversee SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and visibility. Manage PPC campaigns, ensuring optimal ROI and alignment with business objectives.
Content Marketing: Lead content marketing initiatives, collaborating with internal teams to create engaging and relevant content that effectively communicates the company's expertise and value proposition. Ensure that content is optimized for both search engines and user engagement.
Campaign Management: Plan and execute result-driven marketing campaigns across various channels, with a focus on lead generation, customer acquisition, and brand awareness.
Analytics and Reporting: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for all digital marketing activities. Regularly review and analyze performance data to assess the effectiveness of different campaigns and strategies. Provide detailed reports and insights to senior management, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.
Digital Assets: Oversee the maintenance, monitoring, updating, audit, and overall management of all publicly available digital assets and platforms, supporting the company's digital marketing and lead generation goals, making adjustments as necessary.
Digital Marketing Projects: Serve as the primary architect of our client's digital marketing success, ensuring their projects garner optimal visibility, engagement, and lead generation in the digital space.

Required Skill Set & Experience

Proven experience in digital marketing within the IT industry.
Expertise in Ecommerce, Web, and Mobile Apps marketing.
In-depth knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, and other digital marketing tools.
Strong analytical skills to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
Experience in managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Creative thinking and a track record of successful brand development.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
6 years of experience in digital marketing roles.
Demonstrated success in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies for IT organizations.
Proven experience in team leadership and collaboration.
