Job Description
The Digital Media Operations Specialist is an individual contributor, reporting to the Senior Digital Marketing Operations Manager on our fast-growing Global Digital Marketing team. Your responsibilities will include budget planning and reconciliation, facilitating contract and PO processes, coordinating campaign localization processes, and campaign project management.
What you’ll be doing:
- Budget Management
- Process and communicate changes (transfers and incremental) to the quarterly digital media plan of record as requested by digital media stakeholders
- Partner with procurement and legal on media vendor contracts and purchase orders for media, ad tech and other services
- Partner with finance on forecasting, actuals and approving invoices
- Project Management
- Work with agency and regional marketing managers on campaign translation across 6 languages
- Partner with media team and agency to project manage digital campaign launches
- Manage intake process for digital media requests
What we look for:
- 3+ years’ experience in digital marketing and/or project management
- Experience documenting complex processes across multiple teams
- Experience working with complex budgets and partnering with finance teams
- Experience working with media agencies and creative teams
- Experience with media buying, direct media operations, and execution
- Experience with Asana, advanced proficiency in Google Sheets / Excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets)
- Experience building project plans and coordinating workback schedules with evolving requirements
