The Digital Media Operations Specialist is an individual contributor, reporting to the Senior Digital Marketing Operations Manager on our fast-growing Global Digital Marketing team. Your responsibilities will include budget planning and reconciliation, facilitating contract and PO processes, coordinating campaign localization processes, and campaign project management. 

 

What you’ll be doing:

  • Budget Management 
    • Process and communicate changes (transfers and incremental) to the quarterly digital media plan of record as requested by digital media stakeholders
    • Partner with procurement and legal on media vendor contracts and purchase orders for media, ad tech and other services 
    • Partner with finance on forecasting, actuals and approving invoices
  • Project Management
    • Work with agency and regional marketing managers on campaign translation across 6 languages
    • Partner with media team and agency to project manage digital campaign launches
    • Manage intake process for digital media requests

What we look for:

  • 3+ years’ experience in digital marketing and/or project management
  • Experience documenting complex processes across multiple teams
  • Experience working with complex budgets and partnering with finance teams
  • Experience working with media agencies and creative teams
  • Experience with media buying, direct media operations, and execution 
  • Experience with Asana, advanced proficiency in Google Sheets / Excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets)
  • Experience building project plans and coordinating workback schedules with evolving requirements
