  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in digital product management or similar role
  • Should have experience in managing the delivery of a large-scale corporate website implementation initiative
  • Deep understanding of strategizing; Omnichannel strategy and SEO strategy
  • Design thinking - UI/UX design strategy; Content strategy and experience in usability, customer-focused design
  • Accessibility Guidelines; Design systems; Experience to work with globally distributed teams
  • Measurement strategy to help determine the effectives of websites in reaching key audiences and inform decision-making
  • Strong communication skills - Mediator between teams-stakeholders, often communicate between different groups of people – high profile senior management, customers, vendors and stakeholders
  • Stakeholder and customer expectation management skills; Strong analytical, prioritization, and negotiating skills; Passion for building great products to solve customer and business problems
