Minimum 5+ years of experience in digital product management or similar role
Should have experience in managing the delivery of a large-scale corporate website implementation initiative
Deep understanding of strategizing; Omnichannel strategy and SEO strategy
Design thinking - UI/UX design strategy; Content strategy and experience in usability, customer-focused design
Accessibility Guidelines; Design systems; Experience to work with globally distributed teams
Measurement strategy to help determine the effectives of websites in reaching key audiences and inform decision-making
Strong communication skills - Mediator between teams-stakeholders, often communicate between different groups of people – high profile senior management, customers, vendors and stakeholders
Stakeholder and customer expectation management skills; Strong analytical, prioritization, and negotiating skills; Passion for building great products to solve customer and business problems
