Design and implement digital marketing strategies in sync with the company's overarching goals.

 

  • SEO (Search Engine Optimization):

     

Conduct keyword research and optimize website content and structure for improved organic search rankings. Implement on-page and off-page SEO practices to enhance website visibility. Use tools such as Google Analytics and other SEO software to monitor and analyze performance.

 

  • Content and Social Media Marketing: Develop and manage content for various platforms, ensuring optimization for search engines and engagement on social platforms.
  • Paid Media Advertising: Design and manage ad campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc. Oversee advertising budgets, optimize for performance, and ensure efficient spending. Develop and test ad creatives, copies, and landing pages for maximum conversion.

     

Data Analysis And Reporting

 

  • Generate comprehensive reports on digital marketing performance, leveraging tools like Google Analytics 4. Use insights to continually refine marketing strategies.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams and effectively communicate strategies, updates, and results to stakeholders.
  • Budget Management: Oversee the digital marketing budget, ensuring resource allocation is efficient and ROIdriven.
  • Competitor Analysis: Stay ahead by conducting analyses of competitors to identify industry trends and opportunities.
  • A/B Testing: Carry out A/B tests across various campaigns to optimize conversion rates.

     

Qualifications

 

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing.
  • Proficient in digital marketing tools like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Google Analytics 4, SEMRush, or Moz.
  • Strong foundation in SEO practices and content marketing strategies.
  • Proven experience in managing social media accounts and ad campaigns.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interpret data for datadriven decisions.
  • Demonstrated project management and organizational abilities.
