Role:
– Responsible for leading the India User Interface and Experience Team
– Lead enterprise-wide Design Agency encompassing of Visual and UX Designers, Front End Developers, Project Managers and Business Analysts
– Responsible for enabling customer experience transformations and build a USP with the perfect blend of design and technology
– Help shape business vision, user insights and technology to define the experience strategy and build and evangelize a global experience design team with deep competency thereby making design a key competitive differentiator
– The individual will be responsible to work collaboratively across the enterprise tosculpt the vision for new products and digital transformation strategies
– Be a Digital Customer Experience Evangelist – Expertise in defining research strategy, aligning, and prioritizing research efforts, and growing user-centricity and being a global evangelist on Designing Customer Experience
– Lead and build a high performing and engaged digital design and development team
– Build an inclusive work culture
– Be a thought leader and industry influencer
– Ensure high levels of quality and operational excellence
– Build and manage key stakeholder relationships

Requirements:
– Bachelor’s or Masters degree in Design, HCI, Interaction, and or equivalent practical experience. Preferably from reputed design schools like IDC/NID.
– Prior experience of leading a business line in a technology setup
– 18+ yrs of experience
– Experience of leading and working in (or as) a design agency
– Technology leadership experience with demonstrated track record
– Experience of engineering and exposure to DevOps and agile methodologies
– Exceptional skills in ideation, sketching, wireframing, user flows, mapping and information architecture. Expertise in UX software such as Photoshop/Illustrator, Axure, UXPin, Balsamiq Sketch, Invision and the like is a must. Working knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript skills, Knowledge of frameworks like Angular and/or ReactJS, mobile dev tools for iOS and Android will be helpful
– Experience with multi-channel, personalized and consumer/enterprise focused solutions using conversational interfaces, chatbots, RCS, IVR, etc.
– Good understanding of ADA tools and AA compliance guidelines
– S/he should have experience of operating in a high paced, regulated environment and the ability to work in a highly matrixed organization
– Experience of working with teams/clients across multiple geographies
– Good at stakeholder management.
– Experience in BFSI domain is desired but not mandatory
– S/he should be comfortable in setting aggressive targets, making difficult decisions and holding individuals accountable for delivery
– Candidate should also possess the following competencies – Strategic Agility, Market Insights, Business Acumen, Change Leadership, Organizational Capability Development
– Should be a good communicator
