Role & Responsibilities

●Develop and maintain the go-to-market strategy for the Bounteous x Accolite brand in Western Europe

●Work with key stakeholders to create and execute demand generation and lead nurturing programs

●Facilitate development of outward-facing collateral and content marketing

●Create and execute Account Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns to create demand and aligned with our sales teams

●Focus on multi-channel acquisition programs that seamlessly integrate events, webinars, email, website, paid advertising, and social driving demand across partners and capabilities

●Provide leadership and insights, supporting strategic planning, as well as being a hands-on member of the team

●Coordinate with internal resource teams around media and SEM, analytics, and personalization

●Understand industry best practices and apply to process creation, adding recommendations as necessary

●Collaborate closely with business development to ensure that leads and resulting opportunities are qualified, actionable, and reported accurately

●Strategize and grow the marketing function to support EMEA for years to come

●Coordinate with growth partners for content creation and lead generation

 

Preferred Qualifications

●5-7+ years experience in marketing with a significant focus on brand management, demand generation, and digital marketing strategies.

●Proven track record of developing and implementing successful go-to-market strategies and marketing campaigns that have significantly increased brand awareness and lead generation.

●Deep understanding and experience with B2B marketing campaigns and strategies.

●Strong expertise in multi-channel acquisition programs including events, email marketing, content marketing, paid advertising, social media, and search engine marketing (SEM).

●Ability to lead and inspire, with excellent teamwork and collaborative skills to work across different departments.

●Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the capability to translate complex ideas into simple and actionable recommendations.

●Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to create compelling and effective outward-facing collateral and content.

●Experience in coordinating with business development teams to ensure alignment between marketing efforts and sales objectives.

●Knowledge of the latest marketing tools, technology, and best practices, with a willingness to stay ahead of trends in the marketing space.

●Experience in the technology or digital solutions industry is highly preferred, with an understanding of service offerings such as Co-Innovation.

●A creative thinker who can bring innovative ideas and a fresh perspective to marketing strategies and campaigns
