Working with the latest technologies in the industry, you will be instrumental in helping our clients evolve for a more digital future.

Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, leveraging cloud/big data for customer acquisition and engagement as part of large-scale digital transformation journeys.
Develop and mentor the engineering and technical teams' quality of delivery and guide technical risks.
Define the solution roadmap for clients’ IT stakeholder team and convert business capabilities into digital reality.
Provide expertise as a technical resource to resolve complex business issues that translate into data integration and database systems designs.
Shape opportunities and create implementation approaches throughout the lifecycle of client engagements.
Set and adhere to development standards and participating in code reviews to ensure all deliverables are of high quality.
Apply in-depth knowledge of multiple programming languages, associated frameworks, and the infrastructure ecosystem to create elegant solutions to problems.
Adopt new languages and new paradigms applying them to the problem domain where they deliver significant benefit.
Shape the broader application landscape. Model multiple domains, articulating contexts and boundaries and articulate the reason behind them.
Serve as an internal thought leader, presenting and sharing knowledge with the wider engineering community.

Qualifications
Exceptional cloud/big-data skills with distributed computing background and proven experience in delivering large scale cloud platforms
Thorough background in application development using service-oriented architecture and 12-factor methodology
Demonstrated ability to lead a technical track of 10+ software engineers
Expertise in systems integration, custom development, and package implementation
Demonstrated background as an engineering leader in delivering complex solution design, delivering large-scale programs, and obtaining approval from company architecture stakeholders
Hands-on experience with at least one of the supporting public cloud data platforms: GCP (Ideally), AWS or Azure.
Hands-on experience in any of the following programming languages: Java/Python/Node.js/C# languages to help teams navigate delivery challenges as preferred and provide succinct approaches/root cause analysis to clients.
Ability to distill complex problems into methodologies such as, Domain Driven Design, Microservices, Data pipelines, Messaging, Eventing, and Async Processing.
Clear understanding of version control branching strategies and adapt them based on the project needs.
Strong ability to build and strengthen strong relationships with external clients, influencing skills
Exceptional conflict, risk anticipation and escalation management skills
Team-oriented mentality and attitude
Exceptional English communication skills

Requirements:

This position requires the availability for frequent travel with expenses covered by the company to the client's offices in Culiacán, Mexico, as dictated by business needs. During the first three months, traveling to Culiacán ideally twice a month is required.
