What's the role? 

The Director, Center of Excellence, Sales Operations will be responsible for driving sales productivity and efficiency by translating-business and operational needs into optimal operational solutions combining globally aligned and standardized processes, effective system-solutions and shared services transition and integration. Your role will give managerial direction to sales operational resources in HERE’s WW shared services organization in India.

Reporting into the VP of WW Go-to-Market Strategy, Planning and Operations, as the Director, Center of Excellence, Sales Operations, you will deliver upon continuous improvement, service enhancement and cost reduction targets; drive thought leadership across the organization on operational effectiveness; drive cross-functional alignment with various back-office groups in and outside India, in and outside sales operations. The ultimate objective is to deliver high value services across HERE’s Commercial Operations Organization in a consistent, high-quality and cost competitive manner

You Will Be Responsible For Below

 

  • Give (managerial) direction to sales operational resources in HERE’s WW shared services organization in India. Create one coherent Sales Operations Center of Excellence team.
  • Management responsibility for WW Sales Shared Services delivery and be the b usiness owner of several key sales support processes for among others the WW planning-, analytics- helpdesk-, sales-enablement functions.
  • Manage the transition of sales operational services into the India Center of Excellence, build up the organization. Oversee the delivery of sales operational services to the Commercial Operation’s Organization.
  • Provide direction to and implement sales operational processes across HERE’s Commercial Operations Organization towards business objectives, customer, partner, and employee experiences while reducing complexity and optimizing costs.
  • Responsible for cross-functional program management, business design, and redesign. 

     

Who are you? 

 

  • You are an exceptional leader with 12+ years of relevant experience with a minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience as a people manager involved in developing people and teams
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance. IT or related fields. MBA or Master’s is preferred
  • Expertise with sales tools, sales analytics, sales forecasting, quote-to-cash operations
  • Expertise with Salesforce, Salesforce implementations, defining business requirements, testing coordination
  • Experience in developing sales programs and sales processes that directly create company value and (internal) customer satisfaction
  • Expertise in creating the vision for a world-class shared services center of excellence
  • Experience in setting up and managing a world-class shared service organization
  • An innovative thinker and proven leader familiar with fast pace high tech environments
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple, critical projects is required
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
