• Hands on experience in planning, improving, monitoring, and reporting the availability of IT services and IT infrastructure components to meet availability service level commitments.
• Capacity Management: Hands on experience in performing capacity planning and defining capacity requirements for IT application infrastructure.
• IT Service Continuity: - Understanding and experience of data Back up and restoration procedures and testing.
