Description

Job Purpose/Summary:

  • Good manufacturing process knowledge of latest display technologies and understand the complexity of various display types (LCD, LED, OLED, etc.).
  • Identify and analyze display-related problems of smartphone.
  • Use testing equipment and diagnostic tools to pinpoint issues
  • Able to guide to team for repairs on damaged or malfunctioning displays, including replacing faulty components or parts.
  • Perform routine maintenance to prevent potential issues and ensure long-term reliability.
  • Good process knowledge about display components like OCA, Reflector, Polarizer.
  • Good knowledge of display manufacturing machine like display separator, Bubble remover, display punching, deep freezer and flex bonding & itself technical parameters for various display.
  • Good knowledge of Machine maintenance
  • Able to improve the yield rate of display refurbishment.
  • Able to Conduct quality checks on repaired displays to ensure they meet specified standards and performance criteria.
  • Able to Conduct thorough testing after repairs to validate the functionality and quality of the display.
  • Good knowledge of display parameters like refresh rate, resolutions, Pixel density, brightness, contrast ratio, touch sensitivity, Power consumptions & durability.

 

Qualifications:

-Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.

-Proven experience in smartphone display manufacturing, preferably in a technical leadership role.

-Strong technical knowledge of smartphone display components and its assembly processes.

-Understanding of quality control standards and methodologies.

-Good Ability to work in fast-paced and dynamic environment.

-Continuous leaning mindset to keep up with technological advancements in smartphone display manufacturing.

-Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
