Mandatory Skills:

Data & Analytics, Data Management, Data Governance, AWS, Snowflake, Data Ingestion tools

·       Go through the various Data Management functional/Non-functional & Technical standards, which include Data Governance, Data sharing, archival, retention, disposal, etc.

·       Understand the given data points in the standards or new data points to prepare new standards.

·       Update the existing standards/prepare new standards. Discuss with various stakeholders to consider their viewpoints and update/create the document accordingly.

·       Prepare the user guides based on the standards, include the technical steps to implement the requirements based on the standards.

·       Aligns the Data Governance Roadmap to enterprise objectives.

·       Communication with relevant stakeholders for various levels of reviews.

·       Possesses excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

·       Understands and is able to articulate the technical and business implications of data management.

·       Can work effectively with both business and technical stakeholders, including focusing on managing expectations and update various stakeholder's comments in the documents till it gets final approval. .

·       Experience with the definition and implementation of Enterprise Data Strategy and Data Management Principles

·       Understanding of corporate IT security policies

·       Understanding of applicable data governance policies.
