Job Summary:
We are seeking a Document Control Administrator responsible for overseeing the site's Document and Change Control processes. The ideal candidate will facilitate review and approval workflows within the site's electronic document management system, ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of document control. This role requires a proactive approach to maintaining Standard Operating Procedures, Work Instructions, forms, and analytical methods documents, alongside coordinating document and change control workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create, control, and maintain various documentation with accuracy.
  • Assist in the monitoring of documentation due for periodic review.
  • Write, review, and route change notifications.
  • Coordinate formal approvals for document and change control workflows.
  • Maintain and update site metrics related to document control and change notifications.

Must-Have Skills:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and be a self-starter.

Industry Experience:
Minimum of 3 years in a regulated environment, preferably with experience in a Quality Assurance function.
