As part of your new role, you will be:

 

The principal role is to provide reliable and efficient support to the Commissioning Team in the commissioning and handover of the project, throughout the commissioning cycle as well as undertaking activities to support administrative duties to contribute to the smooth running of the team. This role involves collaborating with various teams, maintaining documentation, and ensuring compliance with standards and regulations.


Provide administrative support to the wider Commissioning and Quality team including organising meetings and producing meeting minutes and monitoring team mailboxes as required 
Build effective working relationships with key internal stakeholders 
Assist with managing and coordinating the commissioning process and quality management on the projects, including planning, scheduling, and coordinating activities.
Work closely with engineering, construction, and operations teams to ensure systems are tested and commissioned according to project specifications.
Coordinate with vendors and subcontractors to ensure the delivery of equipment and services aligns with project timelines and quality standards.
Prepare, review, and maintain comprehensive commissioning, quality and handover documentation, including test plans, commissioning reports, operation, maintenance manuals and as-built drawings.
Ensure all documentation is complete, accurate, and in compliance with project requirements and regulatory standards.
Facilitate the handover process from the construction or installation phase to operations, ensuring all systems are operational and meet the client’s requirements.
Ensure that all commissioning and handover activities comply with relevant standards, codes, and regulations.
Prepare regular progress reports and updates for management, highlighting any potential risks or delays.
