Skills and Responsibilities:
• Domain Skills: Understanding of various BFSI products.
• Technical Skills: .Net, Java, Unix, SQL/Oracle
• Process Skills: Strong understanding of SDLC, ITIL.
• Analytical skills- Strong Business Analysis skills - elicitation, synthesis, evaluation, and communication of results.
• Strong understanding of the BFSI domains and products.
• Strong understanding of IT methodologies and SDLC phases.
• The ability to write clearly; know your audience; one on one verbal communications.
• Experience using business analysis and requirements modeling tools, such as data flow diagrams, relationship data models and business process modelling.
• Experience in data analysis and experience in Database systems like SQL, Excel, and other analytical tools.
• Excellent interpersonal/communication skills and leadership abilities to lead integrated teams in project activities.
• Strong experience and proficiency in creation of Requirement artifacts such as Use Case, Use Case Diagrams, Business Rules, Data Catalog, User Interface Specifications and Data Mapping.
