Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Domestic IT Recruiter. The IT Recruiter will be responsible for full-life cycle recruiting, technical recruiting, hiring, and recruiting. They will also be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates to determine their qualifications and fit with the company culture.

Qualifications

• Full-life Cycle Recruiting, Technical Recruiting, and IT Recruitment skills
• Experience in hiring for technical positions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience using HRIS, ATS, and job boards
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Certification in Recruiting or Human Resources Management is a plus
