Requirements:
• Experience in various areas of IT (7+ years);
• Relevant experience in architecture (2+ years);
• Proven experience as a project lead for multiple IT projects;

• Proficient in relational databases, Oracle, and SQL;
• Experience with Reemployment Assistance (RA) Claims & Benefits system (CONNECT), uFACTS, or similar Unemployment Compensation (UC) system.
Preferred Skills:
• Experience with N-Tier Architecture;
• Proficiency in Crystal Reports;
• Experience with Web Services Description Language (WSDL) or Simple Object Access Protocol (SOAP);
• Experience with Windows Communication Foundation (WCF).
.Net Developer Requirements:
• Experience in .NET, C#, and ASP.NET (7+ years);
• Experience with Oracle and SQL Server in an n-tier architecture;
• Strong background in object-oriented development techniques (OOP);
• Experience with development source control (TFS);
• Proven experience as a lead/supervisor/manager on multiple IT projects.
Preferred Skills:
• Experience with Team Foundation Server (TFS);
• Proficiency in Azure DevOps;
• Experience with DevOps practices.
Applications Architect Responsibilities:
• Develop and Maintain Applications: Develop, maintain, and enhance various applications of the Reemployment Assistance (RA) Claims and Benefits system (CONNECT), including initial and continued claims, monetary issues, and the Unemployment Framework for Automated Claim & Tax Services (uFACTS) Framework;
• Provide Design Recommendations: Offer design recommendations based on long-term IT organization strategy and develop enterprise-level application and custom integration solutions, including major enhancements and interfaces;
• Integrate Applications: Provide expertise regarding the integration of applications across the business and utilize a variety of platforms to provide automated systems applications to customers;
