Experience: Five to ten years in .NET implementation, with a strong foundation in developing and deploying .NET applications. 
Project Phases: Skilled in managing all project phases, including Project Preview, Fit/Gap Analysis, Configuration, Testing, and Production Support. 
Migration Leadership: Lead the migration of configurations, integrations, and extensions. 
BPM/Workflow Expertise: Proficient in BPM/Workflow, as well as reporting and analysis within .NET environments.
