Job Summary

The New York State Office of the State Comptroller (OSC) is seeking a Drupal Analyst/Tester to support the OSC’s Acquia/Drupal Content Management System (CMS), which is currently in production. The selected Consultant will provide essential system testing, development, and maintenance services under OSC's discretionary spending authority, as outlined in State Finance Law § 163(6). This position is open only to businesses certified under Article 15-A of the New York State Executive Law and Article 3 of the Veterans' Services Law.

Responsibilities

The Consultant will be responsible for the following tasks:

• Conducting requirements analysis and defining design specifications for Drupal CMS.
• Performing system testing and deploying code from development to production.
• Researching best practices, new Drupal modules, and coding standards.
• Monitoring and maintaining the Drupal CMS, ensuring ongoing stability and performance.
• Configuring content types, taxonomies, views, and themes to enhance the CMS functionality.

Minimum Qualifications

Candidates must meet the following minimum qualifications to be considered for this position:

1. Business Analysis Experience: At least three years of experience performing business analysis.
2. Drupal Testing Experience: At least one year of experience in testing Drupal CMS applications.
3. Drupal Development Experience: At least one year of experience building and configuring Drupal CMS, including the creation and configuration of content types, taxonomies, views, and themes.

Preferred Qualifications

Preference will be given to candidates with:

• Experience beyond the minimum qualifications specified (M1-M3) for this role.
