Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Duck Creek Data Business Analyst (BA) to join our team in Naperville, IL. This role requires a strong background in Property and Casualty (PC) Insurance and data insights, with a focus on ETL products. The ideal candidate will be able to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders, organize and drive functional design documentation, and work on both new and existing applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Insurance Expertise: Leverage strong experience in PC Insurance to support data insights initiatives. Experience with Duck Creek Insights is a bonus.
  • Data Insights and ETL: Focus on data insights and ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) products to ensure efficient data processing and reporting.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business stakeholders, solution leads, architects, and other key IT personnel to gather requirements and ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Functional Design Documentation: Organize, coordinate, and drive the creation of functional design documents for both new and existing applications. Ensure documentation is thorough and meets project requirements.

Required Qualifications:

  • PC Insurance Experience: Strong background in Property and Casualty Insurance.
  • Duck Creek Insights: Experience with Duck Creek Insights is a bonus.
  • Data and ETL Focus: Demonstrated ability to work with data insights and ETL products.
  • Collaboration Skills: Ability to work closely with business, solution leads, architects, and other IT stakeholders.
  • Documentation Skills: Strong organizational skills and experience in creating and managing functional design documents.
  • Education: Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management Information Systems, or a related field.
