Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
Designing and developing Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions, including customizations, configurations, and integrations.
Collaborating with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Creating technical designs and architecture for CRM solutions, ensuring scalability, performance, and maintainability.
Developing and maintaining CRM entities, forms, workflows, business rules, and plugins using the Microsoft Dynamics 365 development tools.
Customizing CRM features and functionalities to meet specific business needs and requirements.
Integrating CRM with other enterprise systems, such as ERP, marketing automation, and customer support platforms.
Conducting data migration and data integration activities, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to CRM solutions, including debugging, performance tuning, and error handling.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, testers, and system administrators, to ensure successful solution delivery.
Staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM development and architecture.
Qualifications:
Information Technology, or a related field. Relevant certifications in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM are a plus.
Proven experience as a Microsoft CRM 365 Developer/Architect, with a strong understanding of CRM concepts and architecture.
Proficiency in customizing and extending Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM using C#, .NET, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
Hands-on experience with CRM development tools, including the Dynamics 365 SDK, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Azure Services.
Knowledge of CRM data models, workflows, plugins, and customizations, with the ability to design scalable and flexible CRM solutions.
Experience in integrating CRM with other enterprise systems, such as ERP, marketing automation, and customer support platforms.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues related to CRM solutions.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and interact with business stakeholders.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Continuous learning mindset and willingness to stay updated with the latest Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM developments and best practices.
