This an immediate backfill so SBC gave a short deadline - it will likely be extended if a candidate is not found.... The deadline is next Thursday.

 

We worked on this role a few times, but since it's a backfill, they expanded into a lead and architect role, so requirements are a bit heavier.

 

Fully onsite in San Bernardino.

 

 

Must have:

 

• Minimum of 5 years of experience with MS Dynamics 365 including

 

· MS CRM, DB Management, IS Architecture, Programming, Software Applications and Workflow

 

• Experience as project lead or 365 senior architect / developer

 

· Experience with Power Platform technologies

 

· Expertise in data migration from legacy CRM systems

 

· Working knowledge and understanding of Microsoft SQL Server and JavaScript

 

• Intermediate to Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint)

 

 

 

An experienced Dynamics 365 CRM System Architect/Developer to work for us supporting our San Bernardino County government client. This is a contract position expectedto last one year or more. This is a full-time, fully on-site position in downtown San Bernardino. Open to US citizens, Green Card holders, and H1-B visa holders.

 

 

The selected candidate will work with a county department assisting with the design and implementation of a Dynamics 365 CRM solution. The position will require a thorough understanding of the SoftwareDevelopment Life Cycle and strong background experience with the configuration and setup of Dynamics 365, as well as related Microsoft technologies as applicable such as Office 365, JavaScript, SQL Server, Share Point and/or Power BI.

 

You must have a firm understanding of architecting Dynamics 365-centric solutions plus demonstrating a width breadth of knowledge of associated technologies comprising the Power Platform, and how to leverage them to develop and/or integrate Case Management module functionalities, including Knowledge Base Integration, Case Routing and Assignment, and Case Queues.

 

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology or related field, or applicable work and educationexperience.

• Proven expertise in data migration from legacy CRM systems and other third-party platforms

• Experienced in developing reports using SSRS.

• Working knowledge and understanding of Microsoft SQL Server, and JavaScript

• Intermediate to Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint)

• Minimum of 5 years of experience including

o MS CRM, DB Management, IS Architecture, Programming, Software Applications and Workflow

• Development of:

o Model-driven applications, Power Automate flows, integrating MS Outlook + other MS Office products

• End-User Support on Dynamics CRM

• Experience working on multiple implementations of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions

• Excellent understanding and knowledge of core Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM modules

• Exposure to, and experience with, PowerAppsis preferred.

 

Responsibilities

• Function as the technical lead in all stages of the project life cycle. You will interact directly withclients to identify problems, then propose, develop, implement and support the solutions

• Create detailed project documents including but not limited to a Business Requirements Document, Design/Deployment documents, configuration document and other technical documentations.

Recommend best practices and business process efficiency improvements.

• Makes management presentations and submitsreports asrequired.

• Design and execute test plans to ensure that high quality, intuitive functional solutions are delivered

•Gather complex businessrequirements and translate those requirements into a solution design.

• Lead design sessions; architect and documentsolutions that are aligned with client business objectives

• Analyze client business processesto identify opportunities for improvements, perform gap analysis,document and translate business requirements into well-architected technical specifications and

solutions

• Develop and manage client facing deliverables

• Lead, manage and implement projectsin application software and Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications

• Provides end-user support and troubleshoots solutions to correct issues related toDynamics CRM implementations.

• Configures and deploys solutions, working with internal business partners to develop customizedCRM end- products developed for internal customers.

•Oversees and provides documentation of technical and help documentation for the business and/or CRMusers.

• Delivers CRM training to internal customers, ensuring thorough understanding of use and ongoingassistance
