Dynamics 365 Developer

Required skills:
3-5 years' experience implementing & customizing Power Platforms & Dynamics 365 Cloud solutions with emphasis in Customer Service, Case Management and Field Service preferred.
3-5 years’ experience in Agile/Scrum methodology and practices
Degree in Computer Science/Information Systems or relevant discipline
Strong working knowledge in implementing data migrations, third party integrations (API's/SSIS), plug ins, automated CI/CD pipelines, and version management.
Proficiency in C#, ASP. Net, JSON, JavaScript development or other object-oriented programming languages
Experience in all phases of the SDLC (processes and best practices)
Ability to present persuasively and effectively.
Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
Evaluate, design, and implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 business solutions, often working on-site to help customers deploy their solutions.
Microsoft CRM Application certification is a plus.
Experience in Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, SharePoint is a plus.
Experience translating technical information into easy-to-understand business concepts.
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills

2. Position: Cyber Security- MCS- IT Security Architect
Duration: 1 year with possible extension or direct hire. 
Location: Dimodale, MI / On-site: Candidates must be currently local within a commutable distance, no more than 1-1.5 hours. Position will be hybrid, in office 2 days a week upon start.

Top Skills & Years of Experience: 
• 7+ years of total IT related experience.
• 7+ years in information security, with at least 5 years in a cloud security role
• In-depth knowledge of Cloud security architecture, including public, private and hybrid models
• Experience with DevSecOps or other Agile methodology
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Security Certifications and Cloud Security Certifications are highly desirable
• Candidates selected must be eligible to work directly for the State of Michigan as well as pass a full background check and drug screening
