Description

In this role, you will:

 

  • Manage multiple project streams of implementation/support of Dynamics 365 CRM/CE
  • Liaise with onsite CSMs / customer contacts and provide delivery assurance.
  • Provide support to pre-sales to acquire customers by providing demos, and estimations.
  • Identify opportunities with the existing customers and plan the resource pool
  • Support pre-sales activities.
  • Plan and track the deliverables, provide accurate status report
  • Mentor the team to scale up.
  • Provide strong functional and technical leadership to the team.

 

Eligibility Criteria:

 

  • Strong Functional knowledge of D365CRM/CE - all modules like Sales, Service, Field Service, Marketing
  • Strong D365 CRM/CE technical
  • Good in PowerApps, ADO/JIRA/Asana, or likes.
  • Ready to travel.
