We are seeking an experienced Dynamics Field Service Consultant to join our team. The candidate should have at least 7 years of hands-on experience in implementing and customizing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Field Service solutions. As a Dynamics Field Service Consultant, you will be responsible for working closely with D365 SCM project team to provide tailored solutions using Dynamics 365 Field Service modules and integration with D365 Finance and SCM. Your expertise will be instrumental in delivering successful implementations, driving business value, and providing ongoing support to ensure end user satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: 1. Solution Design and Implementation:

• Collaborate with D365 F & SCM project team to gather business requirements and translate them into effective Dynamics 365 Field Service solutions.

• Design and configure Dynamics 365 Field Service modules, including resource scheduling, work order management, and mobile field service capabilities. • Configure Dynamics 365 Field Service to integrate with D365 F & SCM

• Customize Dynamics 365 Field Service to meet specific client needs, including configuring forms, views, workflows, and integrations with other systems. 2. Training and Support:

• Conduct training sessions for end-users to ensure proper utilization of Dynamics 365 Field Service functionalities.

• Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting assistance to end user’s postimplementation, addressing any system issues or enhancements. 3. Collaboration and Knowledge Sharing:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, architects, and business analysts, to deliver comprehensive solutions.

• Stay updated on the latest developments in Dynamics 365 Field Service and share knowledge and best practices with the team. Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in implementing and customizing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Field Service solutions.

• Experience working on Dynamics 365 Field Service modules with integration D365 F & SCM (preferred).

• Proficiency in configuring and customizing Dynamics 365 Field Service modules, including resource scheduling, work order management, and mobile field service capabilities.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients, stakeholders, and team members.

• Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 Field Service.
