What you need to have:

  • Proficiency in English: You should possess advanced English language skills, both in writing and speaking, to effectively communicate and collaborate within our team.
  • At least 3+ years in successfully managing Shopify stores. Your experience should include optimizing and enhancing Shopify-based e-commerce businesses.
  • Shopify Application Proficiency: You should have in-depth knowledge of Shopify applications and the ability to install and configure them, ensuring our online store is equipped with the best tools to succeed.
  • Product Management Expertise: Your role will involve filling our Shopify store with products, so previous experience in this area is essential.
  • Basic Image Editing Skills: Familiarity with basic image editing using Photoshop will be beneficial.
     

Additional skills:

  • Advertising Campaign Management: You should have the skills to create and effectively manage advertising campaigns within the Shopify platform, helping us drive targeted traffic and boost sales.
  • Email Marketing Proficiency: Experience with Klavio or a similar email marketing app for managing email newsletters is a plus. You should be able to create engaging emails based on provided designs.
     

What you will do:

  • Launching site roadmap/storytelling strategies that align with key business objectives.
  • Coordinate site content updates, new product launches, sales, and promotions by partnering closely with internal teams and plan for key stakeholder involvement.
  • Participate in brainstorms and find solutions for unconventional promotional, assortment, and merchandising tasks.
  • Use site analytics tools (Shopify) to understand performance of websites and insights to optimize.
  • Participate in analyzing sales information and site metrics to identify opportunities to increase sales and site conversion including: road mapping, digital merchandising strategies based on trend, changing navigation, and executing category offers.
  • Proactively identify operational problems, suggest solutions, and independently resolve issues.
  • Coordinating with the design and development team for creating content and meeting deliverable deadlines.
  • Attend events or webinars related to the ecommerce channel to stay abreast of changing marketplace.
