Job Description: 
• As our EHS Specialist, you will be the driving force behind our commitment to safety and environmental stewardship. You'll have the opportunity to:
• Develop and implement comprehensive EHS programs and initiatives to foster a culture of safety excellence.
• Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver training programs on EHS policies and procedures.
• Analyze data and trends to identify areas for improvement and implement proactive solutions.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to management on EHS matters, providing guidance and recommendations to mitigate risks and enhance performance.

Education & Experience: 
• Bachelor's degree in environmental science, Occupational Health & Safety, or related field.
• 2 – 4 years of experience in EHS management, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and other relevant regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Proven track record of implementing successful EHS programs and initiatives.
