Responsibilities:

 

Oversee people management functions, which include resource planning, hiring, training, goal setting, performance management, competency development, recognition, engagement, and well-being.

Coordinate design activities based on workload, project complexity, and required skill sets.

Manage the team's workload and promote versatility within the team.

Maintain technical quality and service levels throughout the engineering lifecycle.

Develop training programs based on skill matrices and competency targets.

Ensure project objectives compliance within our product definition file and design intent.

Continuously enhance the design activity in terms of technical knowledge, efficiency, quality, and productivity.

Prioritize overall customer satisfaction and quality for both internal and external customers.

Lead change initiatives to improve productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction through effective change management.
