Job Description:

Pay Range $20hr - $25hr

Responsibilities:

  • Understanding standard end to end yield reporting formats.
  • Understanding basic ATE test program structure and flow.
  • Understanding basic production flow for processor products.
  • Develop scripts using C, Perl, Python,... to parse raw test data.
  • Performing characterization on new products on ATE test platforms and generate standard characterization reports.

Skills:

  • Good understanding of Perl, Python script writing techniques.
  • Good Programming Skills in C/C++, in a Unix type environment.
  • Good problem solving skills.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience working on ATE test platforms is a plus.

Education:

  • Graduate with an AS or BS degree in EE or CE.
  • Have taken classes on basic electrical circuits theory and programming language (C/C++).

Experience:

  • 0-1 years of previous experience.
