Embedded Control Systems Software Engineer

Job Description:

The objective of the Excavator Software Test Development and Support project is to design and develop embedded control system software based on requirements, and flash it on machine electronic control modules and perform testing in proving grounds. The project also involves analyzing system requirements to develop test cases and test procedures and perform testing. As a part of this project, the engineer will also troubleshoot and analyze software defects and present analysis report to system design engineers and embedded software leads. This project necessitates that the engineer with the duties as given below, possesses at the minimum, a bachelor’s degree in engineering and knowledge of control systems concepts, sensors and actuators, and embedded system design. Proficiency in MATLAB/Simulink, Vector tools and programming languages (C, C++) is preferred, amongst others. We understand that this is also an industry standard.
