This position will be responsible for effectively designing, managing, and implementing new electric OEM forklift components. The Hardware Board and Base Software will be from Japan. This person is tied to the new logic and modifications. They will not be tied to the driver level development. MISRA C is a coding standard they utilize.

Day To Day

Revamping a forklift, electric powered. Adding and updated main controller and processor, updating a display to a clear processor.

Integrating a few aux controllers, additional new features

Everything communicates via CANopen

Embedded C++ working on microprocessor

Working through current code base and checking/revalidating architecture to satisfy feature for the truck. Developing architecture for new features they are implementing.

Working with set goals and making sure they are creating architecture for new feature, working with systems engineer
