Description

Responsibilities:

  • Execute testcases on emulator.
  • Fix test content issue If test is failing.
  • Run regression and debug regression failure on emulator (Synopsys Zebu, EP1) - VCS (verdu)
  • First level debug of test execution fallure.
  • Understand BKC (Best Known Configuration) and test environment.
  • XTOR, VTC, BFM, emulation model, simic models, test content, miniBios.
  • Follow execution and debug checklist for execution and first level debug.
  • Trackers, Processor list, debug log.
  • Document any execution BKM/BC.
  • Compare falling and passing reference to isolate issue.
  • File sighting if there is any issue.
  • Perform automation scripting to improve execution quality and efficiency.

 

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor/Masters in Computer Science, Computer/Electronic Engineering.
  • Knowledge on Computer System Architecture and/or related software-hardware sub-systems.
  • Experience with software programming in Python, C and/or C++ language.
  • 3+ years and above experience in design verification in simulation or emulation environment
  • A team player with good planning and communication skills
  • Highly motivated, curious, and keenly interested in finding and resolving technical anomalies
  • Able to work independently to engage other team
