Ensuring physical availability of engineer for walkup Queries to the Tech bar

Manage the Vending machines and lockers.

Overall servicing of end-users for their IT issues

Incidents that cannot be serviced remotely.

SR’s that cannot be serviced remotely.

Hyper care support during project roll outs

Break fix via vendor.

Printers:

User education

Spares replacement

Vendor co-ordination
