Engagement Lead : We are looking for a data-driven marketing professional who is passionate about driving value to customers using personalized engagement. As an Engagement Lead, you will have the opportunity to work across the entire customer lifecycle to drive a prescriptive outcome(s) and successful delivery of engagements for customers across channels. The Engagement Lead will ensure our customers are getting the most value out of the BondbloX App and will help prepare, manage, and deliver strategic engagements across channels for customers.

The Candidate Will Have The Following Responsibilities

 

  • Plan, execute, and manage engagement campaigns across different communication channels including email, push, in-app, WhatsApp and SMS
  • Ability to design, develop innovative campaigns that resonate with our target audience (HNIs)
  • Measure and improve conversion rates across different stages of the funnel (top, middle, bottom)
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads for the Sales team to pursue
  • Improve user retention through new initiatives including referral programs
  • Define key metrics and track them to measure short-term and long-term impact of engagement strategies
  • Analyze large data sets (App usage, feature adoption, etc.), identify trends and present updates to senior management
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders such as marketing, product, sales teams and 3rd party CRM tool vendors

     

What are we looking for?

The successful candidate should have the following skills and experience :

 

  • At least 2 years of experience in customer engagement, ideally at a B2C product company
  • Customer engagement experience with a B2C wealth-tech/fintech company is a plus
  • Proven track record of improving conversion rates, sales, other relevant metrics attributable to engagement campaigns
  • Hands-on experience on engagement platforms like CleverTap, MoEngage, etc. is a must
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, and data visualization
  • Data-driven mindset
  • Strong sense of ownership
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment under work pressure
