Job Description and Responsibilities:
•Ensuring high quality solution designs that meet current and anticipated business needs. Responsibilities also include evaluating alternatives to satisfy business objectives, estimating and planning SAP Record to Report (RTR) projects, and cross-project process and design governance.
•Coordinating business requirements workshops with his/her teams and customer to design and roll out S/4 HANA solution for Finance & Controlling area
•Designing global template based on the best practices
•Preparing blueprints, gap analysis, end-to-end process design, testing strategy, cutover plans, training, etc.
•Providing leadership in planning/sequencing of end-to-end design workshops and support facilitation of workshops, leveraging knowledge of industry best practices and application of global SAP implementation experience.
•Guiding complex fit/gap analysis and design decisions and validate fit/gap analysis and design decisions completed by less experienced team members; ensure deviations from "out of the box” functionality have sufficient business justification and positive value proposition
•Owning overall inventory of reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements, forms, and/or workflow (RICEFW)
•Actively participate as a member of the delivery team in providing and ensuring optimal design solutions are understood and adopted
•Providing strong functional understanding of S4HANA
•Understanding the evolving SAP roadmap for S/4 HANA and provided advise to customers in S/4 HANA adoption
Required Experience & Skills
•Demonstrates end-to-end business process knowledge in Record to Report (RTR) processes.
•Comprehensive knowledge or experience leading large global, consulting led RTR business transformation program delivery with proven track record and a deep understanding of business values of transformation programs and objectives
•Ability to speak business language, guide business counterparts towards the right SAP solution, and translate business requirements into technical requirements
•Demonstrates best practice knowledge in SAP FI CO modules covering SAP Financial General Ledger, Intercompany Accounting, Account Receivable, Account Payable, Asset Accounting, Material Ledger, Manufacturing Variance and integration with Supply Chain and Order to Cash functionality and processes.
•Demonstrates best practice knowledge in SAP Controlling including Product Costing, CO-PCA, CO-CCA, COPA and integration with materials management.
•Demonstrated experience in managing transformational initiatives
•At least three (3) full life cycle implementations as an ERP Project Manager with multi-module implementations (Finance, Sales, Production, Purchasing, Warehouse)
•A minimum of eight (8) years prior transformational ERP consulting or equivalent industry experience
•At least three (3) years' experience in proposal and business case development
•Working knowledge of configuration and features of key S/4 HANA based Finance structures is an absolute requirement.
•The ability to be hands-on and mentor junior team members.
•Able to provide accurate estimates, timeline, and ability to self-direct and manage teams and client
•Understand and have knowledge to integrate with BPC, SD, MM
•Must have Finance & Accounting background with expertise
•Should be proficient in conversation on wide ranging Finance and Accounting topics with Finance Controllers, users, and senior management.
•Should have working experience in project estimation, project planning, and staffing
•Must be capable of functioning with only limited oversight. Strong verbal and written communications skills and the ability to work effectively internally and externally
•Experience managing 5 to 10 resources
•Willingness to travel up to 100%
