The IT Team supports a variety of applications that are leasing, financial and employee needs related. The various applications are on platforms including Java/Oracle, AWS, Microsoft SQL Server/.NET, PeopleSoft Financials, Oracle BI and Salesforce. Now is an exciting time to be part of this team because of enhancements needed to many of our applications to support our business expansion efforts.

The Developer Productivity & Tools team is responsible for the overall lifecycle, standards, and use of our application productivity and development tools. This position will be responsible for furthering the value of the Dynatrace platform by working with our application development teams to design more effective integration and intelligence reporting around application performance.

This is a 100% remote position.

Responsibilities

Implementation and Configuration: responsible for implementing and configuring Dynatrace’s Application Performance Monitoring (APM) solution across various environments. This includes setting up dashboards, alerts, and reports to monitor application performance
Performance Analysis: analyze application performance data collected by Dynatrace to identify potential issues and areas for improvement. This includes working closely with development teams to optimize application performance
Troubleshooting: use Dynatrace tools to troubleshoot and resolve application performance issues. This may involve working with other IT teams to coordinate issue resolution
Training and Documentation: provide training to other team members on how to use Dynatrace tools effectively. Create and maintain documentation related to Dynatrace configuration and usage
Continuous Improvement: continuously evaluate the effectiveness of the Dynatrace implementation and make recommendations for improvements
CI/CD Pipeline: assist the team in taking ownership of and automating our CI/CD pipeline where possibl
Configuration and Maintenance: support our tool suite including CI/CD toolsets, SonarQube, and JFrog Artifactory

Qualifications

Required:
Must currently reside in one of the following states: AL, AZ, FL, GA, ID, IL (Saint Louis Metropolitan Area Only), IN, KS, KY, LA, MO, NC, NV, OH, OK, PA, SC, TN, TX, UT, VA, or WI
Minimum three years’ experience with Dynatrace in the following areas:
Developing custom dashboards, alerts, and reports
Proven experience with Dynatrace APM tools
Strong understanding of application performance management concepts
Managing/modifying user permissions via management zones
Identifying application performance improvement opportunities and creation of corresponding monitoring and alerts
Measuring, analyzing, and reporting license consumption of new and existing configurations
Must be highly collaborative and an excellent communicator both written and verbally
Proven ability to extrapolate data out of application monitoring tools and present to non-technical resources including leadership
Ability to participate in an on-call rotation and perform night and weekend maintenance as needed
Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills
Highly organized and detail oriented with ability to multi-task
Must be willing and able to quickly learn new tools, technologies, and platforms as required
Must be proficient with Microsoft Office software products
Must have the ability to meet all work from home technical requirements
Must be presently authorized to work in the U.S. without a requirement for work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
Preferred qualifications:
Dynatrace certification
Dynatrace Runtime Application Protection experience, configuring SRGs, and GRAIL
Cloud based tooling, scripting, and monitoring
Familiarity with application build tooling and development practices in general
Java software development
Experience with the use of version control systems for code management (Git is a plus)
Experience with code scanning and vulnerability analysis (SonarQube is a plus)
Experience working with AWS
CI/CD pipeline tooling and applications
Working knowledge of Unit testing
Knowledge and experience with the Atlassian Suite or other DevOps application suites

Work from Home (WFH) Requirements:
Must have reliable and consistent high-speed internet access provided by a terrestrial cable or fiber provider (no DSL or satellite)
